Holistic Culinary Certificate - Self-Study

 

These holistic food preparation and tasting classes teach basic cooking skills and techniques. Learn to apply them to foods like grains, legumes, greens, bone broths, and fermented foods. These classes have something to offer everyone, from beginners to more experienced chefs. Students walk away with an enriched skill set in holistic cooking and how it benefits overall health. CSNN Distance Education offers these workshops in self-paced format delivered in pre-recorded video lectures. Instructors are available to communicate with as you progress through these workshops.

Upon submission of this application form, you will be redirected to the course enrollment page, followed by a payment page to process the fees applicable to courses purchased. Upon receipt of payment and review of this application form you will be provided with online access to our Holistic Culinary Workshops.

Access and enrollment information will be sent via email within 2-business days. 

Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cheques or Money Orders (if paying by cheque or money order, please make sure funds are in Canadian Dollars). 

 

 

Please read the following statements carefully, and then sign below.

1. Upon official written request to withdraw, refunds will be issued for unused tuition up to 30-days from the date of payment, subject to a 25% administration charge to cover the cost of registration.

2. I hereby release the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Inc., and all branches and affiliations from claims of damage arising from any accident or injury which is caused by or arises from participation of the application named herein, during any program or in any facility or at any location where a program is held. I have read and understood, and I agree to, the privacy policy.

3. Payment information is stored on our credit card processor's (Bambora) secure database.

4. Submission of this form, whether on-line or in print, constitutes knowledge, acceptance and understanding of all CSNN policies and procedures as outlined on this website and shall be taken as confirmation that all information contained herein is true and accurate as of the date of submission.

5. I understand that these workshops are offered virtually, through pre-recorded lectures/demonstrations.

6. I understand that this form is exclusive to CSNN's Natural Nutrition Diploma students and graduates. CSNN Distance Education will verify that applicants are active students or graduates of the Natural Nutrition Diploma Program prior to processing registration. 

   NB: We only provide prepaid materials.

 

Course Timeline

Online access will remain open for the duration of the course timeline advertised on the course enrollment page.
 
A $30.00 + 14.975% qst/gst per month subscription fee is charged automatically to individuals that have-not fulfilled completion requirements beyond the their timeline. Students can opt out of this subscription fee by contacting CSNN Distance Education’s Administrative office before the end of their timeline. Students who opt out of this subscription will not be able to access the online platform beyond their timeline.

Should completion requirements change, students will be obligated to pay for, and upgrade any course(s) that have changed to meet with the completion requirements in place at that time. CSNN honors all completion requirements provided they have been fulfilled within the initial 3-month timeline.

Our programs are delivered in English via an online Learning Management System (Moodle). Students must have access to a computer that meets the following minimum technical requirements:

CPU: Minimum quad-core 2.0GHz CPU
